Raw shrimp cured in lime juice, red onion, and serrano pepper. Topped with avocado and cucumber. Accompanied by tostadas.

Roasted Bone Marrow/Tuetano

Fire-grilled bone marrow halved and seasoned with sea salt and herbs. Accompanied by fire-toasted crostini.

Elote Cotija (Seasonal)

Fire-grilled corn ear, paste with fresh mayonesa, and topped with cotija cheese and spice seasoning.

Ceviche Tostada*

Cured fish mixed in lime juice, tomatoes, onion, coriander, and serrano pepper. Served next to a tostada.
